GroupM is the worlds largest media investment company and are a part of WPP. In fact, we are responsible for one in every three ads you see globally.
We are currently looking for an Account Executive to join us. In this role, you will be at the heart of all Xaxis activity responsible for evangelizing Xaxis solutions amongst your peers within agencies, developing deep relationships, and pivotal to the success of each campaign that is executed.
We work in a close-knit pod structure to support our clients. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, enthusiastic and is able to think out of the box.

In this role, your goals will be :
In three months :
To be up to speed with the Xaxis value proposition and products and articulate it with confidence
Contribute to the day-to-day operations of the Xaxis Programmatic Trading team and take ownership of basic campaign set ups, campaign monitoring and basic optimization
Get an understanding of all internal platforms to support proposal building and use it seamless in your day-to-day work
In six months :
Started to build relationships with key GroupM Agency teams
Work with the Engagement Team to grow key accounts businesses from the trading perspective
Manage and be responsible for campaigns from start to completion
Incorporate and recommend other aspects of the Xaxis business including audience planning and insights, Xaxis products and Xaxis Marketplace as part of the overall campaign execution.
In 12 months :
Be independent in building strong proposals to support team lead in driving revenue stream
Own select cluster of clients to focus on servicing
Be an influencer to agency teams to evangelise Xaxis products
Be a trusted advisor to the Xaxis Team / your agency pod and support their activity
Be responsible and confidently manage campaigns of all KPIs from start to completion
Test and learn, share and seek different optimization tactics and knowledge share with the wider trading team
What your day job looks like at GroupM :
Work closely with team lead and agency counterparts to deliver proposals
Ensure all necessary documentation on proposals are updated in the Xaxis internal system
Obtaining contractual sign up of GroupM client to use the Xaxis platform
Education of GroupM agencies & clients regarding Xaxis proposition and products
Consult with pre and post signed client (via agency or direct) to determine how technology can be applied to their specific business needs with team lead
Work with local / regional engagement team on pre-campaign planning
Strategize and execute campaigns on the DSPs and ensure optimal delivery and performance
Analyze campaign data to develop insights and strategies for campaign optimization
Support the Programmatic Trading Team in executing campaigns with Client Development Team
Oversee day-to-day optimization and monitoring of campaigns, and ensure optimal delivery and performance, report any anomalies to Programmatic Trading Manager.
What youll bring :
At least 1 year experience in digital sales / digital marketing, etc but fresh graduates are welcome
Bilingual preferred; Japanese and English. Fluency in English will be an advantage
