Responsibilities

Operationalizing and executing Support delivery rhythm of the Business

  • Coordinate with the team major milestones and Rhythm of the Business (ROB) like executive reviews, monthly business reviews, etc.
  • Lead the team preparation for reviews and help identify and anticipate problem areas. This includes maintaining fresh data in all our many lines of business efforts and tracking our processes and progress towards outcomes and actions
  • Orchestrate and facilitate group events including All Hands, Staff meetings, and LT offsites.
  • Partner with leadership team on multiple workstreams
  • Managing headcount and driving team health initiatives like moral events, awards and appreciation, etc.
  • Lead reporting and BI efforts related to operational KPI’s and OKR’s
  • Business financial Management

  • Precisely and proactively manage the team budget, team calendar of events - working with the finance team and budget stakeholders to have a deep understanding of program and discretionary spend and drive to quarterly and FY financial targets / accountabilities.
  • Coordinate and liaison across multiple stakeholders to align business volume and headcount requirements.
  • Ensure all program, initiatives, and special projects have clear ROI.
  • Communications & Organizational Health

  • Manage the team specific rhythm and communications LT meetings, all-hands, off-sites, etc. This includes team, SBU leader, Org leader level.
  • Lead the evolution of the team culture - including MS Poll, employee onboarding, including remote employees and other activities with an aim of achieving best-in-class organizational health
  • Manage & execute on the internal and external content and communications
  • Strategy Initiatives & Special Projects :

  • Drive high-impact cross-team projects as needed to meet the changing business environment and ensure the team is achieving commitments.
  • Structured problem solving, data analysis and project management, including work with internal SMEs, on strategic efforts that require hands-on experience across multiple functional disciplines and business organizations.
  • Qualifications

  • 7+ years of proven financial experience and analysis with turning data into actionable insights.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Prior multi-disciplinary business experience with the aspiration and potential to grow as a broad business leader.
  • Demonstrated experience in planning, execution, cross-group collaboration, communications, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail.
  • Passion and proven record for execution with measurable results; focus on delivering impact.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, innovation, and the ability to motivate, inspire, and lead cross group / functional teams with a high degree of independence and success.
  • Ability to work successfully across a complex, highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
  • Demonstrated strong capability in verbal and written communications skills across a geographically dispersed audience.
