Department Overview The Compliance Supervisory Department of Rakuten works on constructing an effective governance and compliance structure to enhance the continuous growth of the Rakuten group.

Facilitation, project management, research, analyze, plan, and make presentations - Communication skills; Propose and negotiate with various stakeholders (including Board of Directors) Desired Qualifications : - Experience in consulting industry - Project management experience (ability to drive a project while coordinating with multiple stakeholders) - M&A related experience - Overseas business related experience - GRC related business experience in a global company Languages : English (Overall - 4 - Fluent), Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)
