  • Lead the regional operations team by providing analytic support of internal customer systems
  • Oversee regional team, providing direction and training to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Conduct audits on processes, internal reporting tools & identify service deficiencies
  • Collaborate with operations staff to drive efficiencies and collect feedback
  • Support the 24 / 5 operations and technical escalations, quality and service issues,
  • Review the Standard Operating Procedures and provide resolutions and enhancements to provide customer focused experiences
  • Support the optimization efforts and process improvements
  • Assist in the implementations of new processes or new acquisitions integrations
  • Assist in implementing new travel tools, monitor adoption
  • Assist and cooperate with travel team on service level improvement initiatives (On-Offline travel services)
  • Assist with travel communications and any travel related marketing activities
