We are looking for a consultant who is passionate about achieving a business vision and wants to participate in the transformation of the global life sciences industry.
As an Associate Consultant on the Veeva Commercial Cloud product suite, you will join our Professional Services team providing post-product application consulting.
You will focus mainly on the Veeva CRM application. but will absorb and provide expertise to other commercial products such as Veeva Events Management, Vault PromoMats, Veeva Network, and Veeva OpenData.
You will be based in our Hiroshima office and provide services to customers remotely. Seldomly, you will visit customer sites (mainly in Tokyo and Osaka).
What You'll Do
Consult the post-application and support system maintenance. You will be responsible for supporting and reflecting customer change requests for the management system inclusive of the list below.
Support and enable validation of new features by customers.
Manage Veeva product environment
Assess impact against change request and implement customer change requests for Veeva products
Troubleshoot Veeva product issues
Data entry and extraction for the Veeva product environment
Support new customer’s business processes for the Veeva product
Knowledge sharing and training for customer in charge of operation and maintenance
Create analysis reports based on customer KPIs
Interaction with Global Team in English (basic email base)
Communicate with various Veeva internal teams such as product support, product team, and implementation team to understand customer needs and see if they are satisfied with the Veeva product.
At least 1-year of working experience at customer’s site
Minimum 1-year of working experience in data processing using Excel, Access, etc.
More than 1-year of working experience related Information system.
Self-starter with a strong desire to learn new things
Excellent Japanese communication skills in oral and writing; can also read and write in English
Ability to actively engage in internal communication
Ability to proactively communicate with customers and accurately understand and relay customer requirements
Ability to meet customer requirements with Veeva products or offer an alternative plan if Veeva products cannot realize
Ability to explain to customers the features and implementation policies of Veeva products and to control customer expectations in the description.
Ability to understand Veeva product and peripheral system configurations
Ability to report to superiors when issues occur
Nice to Have
Veeva Product Knowledge : Veeva Vault, Veeva Network, Veeva CRM
Have around 3 years of relevant experience in either the life sciences industry or technology vendors in the life sciences industry.
Business level English communication skills
Experience configuring / supporting / implementing any of the following types of products :
CRM : Salesforce.com etc.
Content Management : SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum or other similar
