This position is responsible for to do consultation SBS tenured high potential customers and also stimulating SBS Card Spending.

The main purposes of this position are :

  • Outbound call to SBS customers to increase card spending with building strong relationship by delivering value added our consultation.
  • Spend enablement consultation to maximize SBS customer card billing
  • Make agreement on our goal and target with GCS SME AD Core team
  • Deliver the business result in Account Growth and Portfolio Growth Target
  • Need a deeply consultation with handling around 1000 clients
  • Provide customer satisfaction and proposal new commodity on card
  • Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

    Qualifications

  • Provide Sales and consultation skills through Out Bound Call
  • Have strong will to win mindset to maximize card spend
  • Ability to drive results and solve problems with Growth Mind Set
  • Ability to manage portfolio and make own pipeline management with PDCA
  • Ability to lead a high performing sales team and able to provide own leadership
  • Deep knowledge about the card benefits / services for SBS product
  • Ability to challenge status-quo & influence without authority
  • Strong commitment to achieve business goal
  • Effective verbal / written communication skill in Japanese
  • PC and basic OS skills such as Word, Excel and Power point
  • Flexibility in work hours / schedules to meet the market requirements
