ポジションの概要

半導体の製造に必要な精密フィルターの生産 洗浄装置の設計 導入を行う業務です 設備の導入はプロジェクトとして扱われますので 工事業者と協力しながら 設備導入のプロジェクトをリードしていきます 半導体デバイスの微細化という要求を満たすために 導入する設備には高度な洗浄性能が求められるので 最先端のフィルター製造技術に触れることができます 業務を遂行する上で 他部署との連携が欠かせませんので コミュニケーション能力を必要とします また部下はいませんが マネージャー と同じ視点で業務をすることが求められます
