Radisys is searching for a highly motivated Senior Sales Director for our MobilityEngine products and services in Asia .
This person must have a track-record of success selling similar products and services deals across a diverse customer base.
In addition, he / she will develop and deliver strategic account plans, based on available research and an understanding of the competitive landscape that will effectively position Radisys into accounts which do not currently leverage our products or services.
This is a highly visible role within Radisys and could be the perfect opportunity for the right candidate to help shape the future of global communications.
Critical Job Duties :
Growing existing accounts and hunting for new business and starting new business for MobilityEngine products and services in South East Asia.
Qualify business opportunities, create and deliver sales presentations, and negotiate and close agreements.
Responsible for accurate and timely business projections and capable of navigating complex, multi-faceted sales both vertically and horizontally.
Expected to meet or exceed set business objectives.
Minimum of 5+ years PreSales and Account Management experience.
Proven background in developing relationships with key decision makers and influencers including experience in closing large professional services deals.
Knowledge of emerging technologies (SDN / NFV, M / R-CORD, Cloud technologies)
Knowledge and experience around Fixed line broadband solutions (FTTX, PON, OLT)
Knowledge and experience around Mobile data solutions (4G / 5G / / IoT / virtual and centralized RAN / SmallCells)
Small Cell / RAN access experience required with working knowledge of standard bodies like 3GPP, ETSI and ITU as well as industry forums like TIP, oRAN, vRAN alliances etc.
Significant market contacts, technical knowledge and experience selling to carriers in an assigned region.
Strong customer facing skills and the ability to travel up to 50% with some trips on short notice due to business needs.
Proven ability to read situations, think strategically, formulate comprehensive account plans and drive relationships vertically and horizontally.
Comfortable working with remote multi-functional teams around the globe to gather required sales support to move projects forward.
Ability to provide and work from a home office located in the region.
Bachelor’s degree is requirement, advanced degree a plus.
Travel : Ability to travel up to 50%.
