The TAM (technical account manager) is the bridge between engineering and business. We are looking for someone passionate about media / ad tech who can lead the technical interactions with media customers in Japan / Asia.
Knowledge of analytics, complex data sources, ETL and enterprise SaaS setups will be required as well as possessing fundamental communication skills to manage customers demands.
Typically, the position is suited for sales engineers or support engineers eager to work directly with the customer in the area of business analysis and data management.
A fundamental responsibility here would be to provide oversight between engineering and customers, enforcing high quality standards of our deliverables.

Furthermore, you'll also prepare and perform product demos and prototypes for existing or new prospect customers, providing implementation support throughout.

This position is located in our Tokyo Shinagawa office, but due to COVID19, a large part of this will be remote working, and with occasional travel to our UK headquarters.
The office is located 5 minutes walking distance from JR Osaki station.
