BrandLab provides Google’s top partners with a customized program that delivers data-driven solutions to solve their critical brand campaign challenges and advance their digital video strategies.

We are a team of dedicated digital video, media, and brand experts.

As Brand Product Strategist (BPS), you'll deliver a blend of media strategy and digital video product expertise throughout the program, contributing knowledge of Google’s video advertising solutions balanced with creative problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, you'll be the expert and thought leader that marketing executives turn to for recommendations on how their brand can better leverage Google’s video advertising solutions (primarily YouTube) to meet their brand’s goals.

Your recommendations will be based on industry knowledge / experience, data, insights, and thorough analytics.

In this role, you'll formulate data-driven media strategies and recommendations focused on advanced targeting, sequencing and orchestration, and measurement and attribution.

Finally, you'll participate in a day-long workshop, working with client and agency executives through presentations, breakout group discussions, and ideation.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Account teams to do analysis of past campaign performance, identifying areas of opportunity for optimization and increased performance. Develop a POVs.
  • Drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of our brand-building solutions by leading highly-engaging workshop sessions with Google’s largest clients.
  • Be an expert in all aspects of our video advertising products, especially YouTube but also have deep working knowledge of Google’s other products, particularly Mobile, Display, Shopping / Wallet, and Maps.
  • Be aware of other market products and offerings and consistently deliver updates so that the BrandLab team is up to speed and has the most relevant knowledge possible.
  • Engage with and propagate media and product knowledge to the BrandLab team, Sales leadership, and BrandLab clients by ensuring best practices and a detailed repertoire of case study examples.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with YouTube and its advertising formats, targeting capabilities, and related tools for analytics.
  • Experience with the current mobile and programmatic landscapes for brand marketers.
  • Experience in digital media, digital advertising platforms, account management, direct sales or ads product marketing.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience developing strategic media recommendations and working across multiple media platforms (digital, social, mobile, traditional, etc.
  • for multiple clients or brands.

  • Experience in digital advertising. Ability to keep up to date with the latest ad product offerings across all the video and social platforms.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and appropriately to react accordingly and facilitating brainstorming sessions.
  • Ability to conduct post-campaign analysis and make strategic go-forward recommendations based on triangulating data from different sources.
  • Passion for ads products, their features, targeting capabilities, ad formats, etc.
  • Passion for working with executive clients and growing these relationships.
