As a Channel Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a new type of delivery network for assigned territory / region.

The role is part of Last Mile Delivery Operations team and requires the individual to work with channel / partners and build the variable distribution channel from delivery center to customer by ensuring a good customer experience.

  • 常識にとらわれず ネットワークの拡大 マーケットへの浸透 最適化を進める
  • Market mapping and Identification of potential partners for time bound acquisition, onboarding & induction of new accounts (various stores & service ) in the assigned territory / region / zone
  • Managing and driving the growth of different channels, build and execute a strategic account plan that delivers on key business opportunities for the stores and Amazon.
  • Planned increase of coverage of ZIP codes through various channels to expand Amazon network coverage.
  • Work with various channel partners to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great delivery experience and consistently enhance efficiency.
  • Handling operational escalations and providing real-time solutions round the clock.
  • Drive new product launches and enhance relationship by collaborating with the operations and other teams.
  • Deliver training & coaching to the partners of Amazon processes, products, operating model and SOPs.
  • Building and managing a multi-layer team and manage performance through on-the job coaching and mentoring.
  • Act as the custodian of the processes & SOPs in the allotted Network and consistently challenge and innovate to improvise the existing ones.

  • 4年以上のパートナー営業 チャネル営業の経験
  • パートナー チャネル アカウント管理の経験
  • 10名程度のスタッフやリーダーからなるチーム管理の経験
  • 生産性 パフォーマンス 品質 KPI等 パートナー チャネル アカウントの業務計画 管理をした経験
  • 高い分析力 重要な情報やデータを見極め分析し それを基に優先順位やリスクを加味した計画 管理ができること
  • ビジネスレベル以上の日本語力必須
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in channel sales or field account management with a knowledge & understanding of distribution operations.
  • Knowledge of Capacity planning, Distribution Network planning, Network maintenance, Quality and cost improvements, performance and metrics management.
  • Strong Analytical skills : Effectively analyze and interpret information, identifying & validating the key facts, including reviewing alternatives to determine advantages and associated risks.
  • Excellent in team management, managing 10 + employees.
  • Business level or better Japanese is required.
