The challenge

As the breadth of capabilities across Adobe’s enterprise Digital Media and Marketing offerings continues to expand, additional focus on the customer journey & experience through those offerings becomes increasingly important.

As the Go to Market lead for Creative Cloud business, you will be responsible for developing and driving creative go to market plans that deliver customer growth across our suite of Creative Cloud products for business.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives that bring together the capabilities of Digital Media Sales Team, Sales Operations, Product Management, Engineering, Product Marketing, Campaign Marketing Teams and Reseller Partners.

You will work on key customer and industry relationships that help shape the future direction and success of creative workflow using Creative Cloud products.

The effort and reporting associated with your team’s work will be regularly reviewed and discussed at the executive level, and you should be comfortable presenting and engaging in regular meetings and discussions with those executives.

You are a seasoned professional who understands creative workflow amongst creative pro and knowledge workers in every commercial market.

You have experience working with technology, marketing, information and product executives to understand business strategy and objectives that effectively apply Adobe’s Creative Cloud capabilities relevant to each customer.

What you’ll do

  • Go-to-market planning build initiative-specific and ongoing quarterly GTM plans that will deliver subscription growth across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to monetization to renewal.
  • Obsess over the customer journey use a qualitative and quantitative data driven model to measure, analyze, interpret and develop a keen understanding across each stage of the customer journey.
  • Voice of the segment act as a business leader and motivation of change for the Creative Cloud business segment, communicating to cross functional partners and executives the latest insights, actions, and results that will craft our go-
  • forward GTM strategies and planning.

  • Scaling the business enable the regional sales and marketing groups to execute corporate GTM plans around the world, while also developing their own plans and actions that unlock region specific opportunities.
  • Visit customers and attend industry events
  • Enable reseller partners to successfully drive their Creative Cloud subscription business
  • Synthesize cross-team and customer input into prioritized initiatives
  • Define and lead enablement and adoption initiatives for broad customer adoption of Creative Cloud
  • Establish performance & success metrics measure and regularly report customer success metrics to executive teams
  • Work closely with other teams to create materials including white papers, help documentation, blog posts, and customer presentations
  • Work experience

  • 5 or more years of related experience in the IT industry
  • Additional experience in business development and / or product management / development
  • Experience in channel / reseller business experience will be preferable
  • Experience in managing customer engagements and success initiatives
  • Knowledge & skills

  • In-depth knowledge of Creative Professional market
  • In-depth knowledge of Institution / Education market will be preferable
  • Have demonstrated, in previous roles, the ability to effectively, concisely and clearly communicate complex technology capabilities as a narrative with real-world application
  • Strong interpersonal skills : Have developed, in previous roles, strong, lasting relationships with multiple stakeholders, partners and customers
  • Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team across diverse and disparate locations and skill sets
  • Ability to frame and communicate technical issues to a broad constituency including engineers and executive level management
  • Strong organizational savvy; proven abilities and know-how to effectively and efficiently navigate the organization to enable self and team to accomplish goals
  • Good communication skills in both Japanese (fluent) and English (high-business level)
