Function :

The Community Manager manages the social media content and moderates conversations on Facebook and other social media accounts of the Social-Lab clients.

  • Generating content for your clients that is in line with the tone of voice of their brand.
  • Present the content to your clients (in collaboration with the Program Manager).
  • Once approved, you’ll program and post the content on the different social media channels. In order to amplify the impact of your posts, you make creative use of movie clips, visuals, links,
  • You’ll be the conversation moderator and will be checking, analysing and encouraging all conversations on your pages.
  • If desired by the client, you will monitor pages and sites that are relevant for his sector.
  • You’ll be reporting to the client on a weekly basis with an overview of the communication stream and reactions as well as the analytics behind the page.
  • The Community Manager will develop in agreement with the client the long-term strategy to keep the community lively and healthy.
  • Qualifications

    Native level of Japanese and fluent English preferred

    Excellent copywriting skills and the desire to write

    Creativity, client-orientated, strong communications skills

  • Knowledge of the current software tools;
  • Mastering Photoshop is a plus

    A passion for online and social media
