Summary

The Marketing Manager (Corporate Marketing Analyst) is responsible for developing an integrated marketing strategy that results in the execution of customer events focusing on Enterprise segments (Finance, Automotive, Retail, and CPG industry verticals) with the goal of increasing pipelines, accelerate revenue creation as well as positively impact the Tableau brand equity.

Key responsibilities include customer events, executive outreach and meetings, C-level engagement and managing test drives within specific customer accounts.

Primary Responsibilities :

  • Demand & pipeline generation Work with the Enterprise team to develop local demand and lead generation programs, as well as account-specific marketing activities.
  • Events - Identify appropriate events across Tableau’s target markets, ensure success of events from branding, promotions, and follow-up as well as develop and execute Tableau’s field events in local markets (eg.
  • Tableau Data Day Out, Tableau Conference, Executive Briefing Center visits).

  • Help drive customer stories, case studies that can help Enterprise with industry events focusing on Financial Services, Automotive, Manufacturing, Retail Services and CPG industries.
  • Analytics Use tools including Tableau to analyze lead flow while constantly exploring and testing new ways to drive more leads and more conversions.
  • Joint Marketing Support the joint marketing initiatives with Salesforce including planning and executing events (Salesforce World Tour, Basecamps), development of joint customer stories, organizing executive engagement programs, etc.
  • New Markets Research and assess new ways to engage Executive audience Director / VP level, Chief Information Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Data Officer, Head of Analytics.
  • Database Marketing Understand the customer journey and the best ways to segment and leverage this asset to drive more results.
  • Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

  • Technologically Savvy. Ability to learn new industry and develop a deep understanding of the market, our solutions and our competition
  • Customer focus, positive energy, able to engage and collaborate with Sales Leaders.
  • Analytical. Seeks to understand data, patterns and trends.
  • A True Team Player.
  • Web-curious. Some light knowledge of HTML and websites. Desire to deepen those skills.
  • Education / Experience :

  • English and Japanese. English needs to be proficient as there is a lot of communication with Singapore and the US.
  • 6 to 10 years’ experience driving and overseeing marketing efforts.
  • BA degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent related experience.
