MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeping in mind your targets at all time, you’ll be determined to drive sales and deliver the best in customer service, building a loyal customer base and reflecting the brand values.
From time to time you will take ownership of the treatment room, ensuring the highest standard of client experience, leading to an increasing demand for Clé de Peau Beauté treatments across the customer base.
You will have access to training programmes, which will empower you to be industry leaders and deliver an elevated customer experience.
On top of this, you join an incredible network of brands within the Shiseido Group, where developing our people is at the heart of our business.
We expect you to be an NVQ Level 3 equivalent qualified therapist, with experience in both treatments and luxury retail.
We also are looking for you to be proactive and target driven, with a true passion for the exceptional.
The first business in Western Europe, Harrods will be a worldwide Flagship, so you will be an integral part of the Clé de Peau team.
