Key Responsibilities
  • Deliveryof the New Hire Onboarding program, including managing pre and post-eventattendee engagement and reporting, program organisation including agendacoordination and facilitation to ensure Oracle New Hires with an exciting,educational and welcoming experience that sets them for success.
  • SupportBusiness Leaders and HR Business Partners by providing reporting, analysis and trackingaction plans for regional and global employee and manager engagement andeffectiveness surveys.
  • Organise and co-facilitate delivery of Recruiting for Success and othertraining, including updates to materials as and when needed.
  • Lead‘Wellbeing’ activities; both identifying opportunities for new solutions, aswell as leveraging existing resources to deliver a program that supports apositive, employee-centric culture.
  • Collaboratewith teams including Recruitment, Employee Branding, as well as ERG’s includingOWL, OPEN and others, to support activities that increase Oracle’s diversityand build an inclusive culture
  • Contributeto the local and JAPAC employee websites, creating and updating engaging andinformative content as well as identify opportunities to increase readership.
  • Usesocial channels, internal and external, and techniques e.g. storytelling, topromote and increase awareness of the employee centric activity and broad scopeof opportunity at Oracle
  • Collaboratewith and support the JAPAC Employee Success team on key strategic programs,initiatives and events.
  • Key Experience
  • Experienceas an HR generalist or Organization Development consultant, preferably with experiencein diversity and inclusion activity in large, international organisations
  • Provenexperience working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Hassuccessfully delivered programs, initiatives and events under constantlychanging conditions.
  • Budgetmanagement and tracking using excel and other tools preferred.
  • Knowledgeof training design and experience in training facilitation preferred

  • Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Partners with business units/divisions in delivering Corporate and Divisional HR policies and programs.

    Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures. Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).

    Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 8 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
