Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.

You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Product Specialist on our Product and Sales Activation (PSA) Team, you will focus on the Scaled business segment and ensure the success of our customers, including advertisers, partners and Googlers.

You will lead programs that drive growth of our clients and partners, and will represent our diverse product portfolio. Additionally, you will develop and drive narratives and Go-To-Market solutions around our Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), while identifying product gaps and communicating them to cross-functional teams in order to consolidate and influence product direction.

In collaboration, we create and implement business plans broadly for all types of businesses.


  • Manage and define the performance solutions roadmap for the market and partner with Sales teams to achieve in-market growth objectives.
  • Influence global product roadmaps and provide regular product updates and insights to our teams and partners.
  • Engage with key clients and partners in collaboration with our frontline teams to assist in distributing new products and stay attuned to their challenges and needs.
  • Define key product initiatives and achieve goals that deliver meaningful impact to advertiser and Google’s growth.
  • Manage projects across multiple stakeholders, including vertical leadership, product teams and partner support teams.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in the digital advertising industry.
  • Business level communication in Japanese and English.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience leading client meetings.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Google's advertising products.
  • Effective analytical skills and the ability to create strategic data-driven recommendations.
  • Effective project management and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
