Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

As a Video Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and delivery of video solutions for our customers.

You will develop a deep technical understanding of Google’s video advertising solutions and keep this current through customized training programs, best-practice sharing with your peers, and by working closely with specialist product teams.

You will also work with a broad range of internal teams to deliver solutions solving customer’s marketing objectives, and you will aim to provide people with excellent experiences.

You'll be responsible for driving incremental brand growth through your excellence in solution planning, designing quality video-centric media plans that deliver on our customers’ objectives.

By providing our customers and agencies with deep insight on how our solutions impact their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) you will be able to play a crucial role in planning campaigns effectively and helping our clients to make informed decisions.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms.

We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the YouTube Ads business as a business owner and set / execute a strategy on getting an incremental budget and keep the YouTube content ecosystem running.
  • Support the account teams to translate customer business objectives and marketing objectives into effective video campaigns.
  • Be a thought leader in brand / video campaigns. Coordinate with Google’s customer solutions team and Specialist Community to stay up to date on your area of expertise.
  • Manage and proactively follow-up account plans to solve client marketing objectives.
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with media agencies, digital media solutions, and / or service delivery management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English and Japanese fluently.
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience working in major brands with advanced level of experience in brand or performance marketing, competitive landscape, local market and other media.
  • YouTube product experience with an understanding of core product features, how they fit into solutions and underlying product performance drivers.
  • Proven leadership and project management skills, managing complex customer relationships, driving significant growth.
  • Brand building expertise and capabilities, and possess certification for more than one area in brand solutions.
  • Analytical acumen and strategic thought leadership, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
  • Ability to build compelling advertiser-focused solutions.
