Lionbridge Japan is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team and support our hiring needs. As a recruiting coordinator you are at the center of all things Talent.
The way we identify, hire, onboard, and retain the best people is critical to Lionbridge's success; And we cannot do that with someone very talented in this role!
What You Will Do
Schedule interviews : consistently and accurately partner with our teams to utilize our ATS (SuccessFactors) to schedule interviews.
Create a positive candidate experience by providing the highest level of problem solving and service.
Using your labor market expertise to leverage the right candidate channels and messaging to attract high-quality candidates.
Act as a Systems Expert : You will become our ATS (SuccessFactors) super user and will work with hiring teams to ensure requisitions and offers are properly processed.
Help our team will process invoices, run background check, post jobs, check references and gather I-9 documents.
Responsible for delivering accurate and timely offer letters and new hire paperwork to candidates.
To Be Successful You Will
Over 3 years of professional experience in an administrative role or coordination role in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
Be a logistical whiz who can always make things work out while being relationship driven
Have previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) highly preferred
Be highly relationship driven and deliver great candidate experience
Have excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience using a variety of sourcing and marketing methodologies including; social and professional networking, job postings and scheduled candidate campaigns
A love for recruiting, learning and the desire to work in a best in class team!
