Analyze account performance and make optimizations to improve or tweak. Churn related technical analysis at speed. Make meaningful recommendations.
Organize and structure ad campaigns and accounts for maximum positive performance results.
Plan, deliver and manage campaigns across marketplaces in Asia-Pacific with Amazon Marketing (AMS), Lazada and Shopee Seller Central ads.
Write, launch and optimize ad-copy through an always-be-testing approach
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
Drive innovation in Search Engine Marketing(SEM) through use of landing, campaign performance, ad accounts and other data.
Assist team in identifying optimization opportunities and making media recommendations.
Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with :
Bachelor's in Marketing, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
5-8 years of work experience in marketing with advanced skills in Google Ads.
Ability to analyze and solve business problems by using Search Marketing as a channel and comfortable with all aspects of performance marketing.
Ability to implement automation and understand how to use scripts in Adwords.
Excellence track record in delivering high performance output for ad accounts and independently manage a set of accounts.
Strong financial / analytical background to support a test and learn approach while continually evolving and optimizing campaigns.
Ability to dissect data and learn from performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Experience in managing teams of performance marketers in industries from travel, telecommunications, IT, SaaS or Insurance and Finance is preferred.
Google Shopping, Adwords, Google Adwords Certification is preferred.
High proficiency in spoken and written English and Native Japanese is essential
