  • The Commercial Organization is responsible for management of the Sales Channels and Service Networks. Within the Sales Region;
  • Japan and Korea, the Business Development manager will have the responsibility to co-ordinate and follow-up After Market activities for Professional Foodservice, Beverage and Laundry products in the assigned Sales Region, at the same time boosting the sales values to be gained from the Customer Care Business.


  • Conduct Technical Support activities in order to ensure ELS’s customers aftersales services excellence.
  • Contribute to the revenue generate to Customer Care through sales of spare parts and detergent.
  • Provide technical support activities for laundry systems on site in Osaka(west part of Japan) for dealers and customers an ad-hoc basis
  • Manage and control all assigned service tasks
  • Responsible for manage service partner to provide the excellence technical service to the end customers.
  • Responsible for close collaboration with Sales, Call Center and SOP & Logistics team
  • Input after service data to DW system
  • Make service / technical report to the manager
  • Conduct technical training to internal ELS, and external customers and third parties to ensure excellence in technical services and laundry machines knowledge

  • Strong Business and People Manager with at least 5 years experience in managing large teams
  • Basic skill and knowledge in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel)
  • Language : Japanese native
  • Operationally reports to Regional Customer Care Manager Region 6, Japan & Korea

    Functionally reports to Country Manager Region 6
