Your Role & Responsibilities
Reports to : Head of Personnel Development & Talent Management (HA1D) Allocation split of duties - Talent & Learning (50%)- #Lead the development and implementation of cross Business Unit / Function business strategic training programs #Actively support the implementation of Success Factors Talent Management module in Japan and Asia Pacific #Actively support the implementation of Japan Group wide standard talent and learning annual cycles (e.
g. performance review, career development planning, succession planning, etc.) #Contribute to achievement of personnel development KPIs and regular reporting to management - Talent Acquisition (50%)- #Lead and control the talent acquisition process and hiring of new-graduate talent, support key internal stakeholder relationships in the business, deal with universities, external recruiting agency partners and CM agency partners #Actively support Talent Acquisition in Japan and recruiting process / activities in Asia Pacific #Actively support the implementation of Success Factors Recruitment module in Japan and Asia region #Actively support the implementation of Japan Group wide standard Pre & On-boarding experience #Contribute to achievement of recruitment KPIs and regular reporting to management
Your Skills & Strengths
5 years practical experience in HR role #3 years in recruitment related role, technical engineering recruitment experience is preferred.
Hands on approach, with team / project leader experience is preferred #Flexibility to handle issues between inter-hierarchy, inter-regions, cross-functional, cross-business #Good communication and people skills in both English and Japanese #Understanding of business etiquette both Japanese and International contexts #Command in MS Word, PPT and EXCEL is a must #Highly motivated, logical and hard learner #Able to handle different deadlines and time pressures #Japanese at native or advanced business level is a must #English : fluent in reading and writing (business level)
