We are looking for someone who :

  • Is an A team player
  • Is committed to win, win negotiations and blameless improvement collaborations
  • Partners with our sales and services teams to provide a streamlined end-to-end customer experience
  • Partners with our business, product leadership and marketing teams to bring the 'voice of the customer' into decision-making across the organization
  • Focuses on driving improved customer health across their account base
  • Will increase product adoption in their accounts by refining workflows and introducing new PerkinElmer Informatics products.
  • Responsibilities

  • Participate in pre-sales activities
  • Track customer key performance indicators (KPIs) and create and maintain Success Scorecards
  • Coach customers on PerkinElmer Informatics best practices and advocate for customer needs within PerkinElmer Informatics
  • Communicate consistently and proactively with customers to address their needs, anticipate potential concerns and ensure a great customer experience
  • Develop strong, collaborative, relationships internally and externally
  • Identify value add, business development opportunities
  • Provide peer support and / or mentoring to Customer Success and Services Team members
  • Participate in Customer Success Team collaboration sessions; create case studies, artifacts or tools to support continuous learning and knowledge sharing
