1 Built the foundation of premium programmatic direct deals / private marketplace in Japan through directly connecting top advertisers and agencies with top publishers.
2 Provide insights on how to maximize yield opportunities based on buyer demand and inventory and audiences.
3 Create and package premium programmatic opportunities with all buyers including agencies as well as platforms partners.
4 Set up private exchanges / marketplaces, execute direct deals between buyers and sellers, and optimize and troubleshoot to completion in conjunction with technical and account teams.
5 Provide a mature and effective point of knowledge for both the internal teams and external clients about programmatic / real time bidding.
1 Minimum 4 years working experience in Mobile Advertisement, be familiar with the industry.
2 Team player, be down to earth, self-driven and aggressive.
3 Good communication skills, and can set up relationship quickly.
