Job Summary :
Under the supervision of the Global Business DevelopmentTeam (US), the E-Commerce Manager role requires the ability to support planningand sales efforts on external E-
Commerce platforms and E-retailers. The rolealso requires partnership with internal Division counterparts to incorporateDivision strategy into sales plans and deliver opportunities for growth.
Thisrole will support the GBD and local division priorities / strategies in drivingconsumer consumption of Newell Brands products, managing distributor and vendorrelationships, and building opportunities to overdrive.
Experience shouldinclude knowledge of E-Commerce and experience driving online sales.
Job Duties :
Partner with the GBD team to develop E-Commerce salesplans based on concrete levers and investments and grounded in Division growth strategies.
Local Division Sales & Marketing team and E-Commercedistributor / vendor relationships to achieve the business goals, driveconsumption, and to increase share in market.
Support the Local Division Team in developingand maintaining relationships with E-Commerce platforms and E-Retailers,negotiating placement, brand share of voice and strategic partnerships.
Partner with Division counterparts to understandbusiness objectives and develop growth strategy through data-based insights.
Manage the content required to support theproduct assortment. Obtain or develop approved brand and lifestyle imagery anddescriptive copy as required.
Support E-Commerce efforts to ensure the successof new launches, promotions, and maximizing opportunities to drive incrementalsales.
Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree required
2-4 years of direct and hands-on E-Commerceexperience
Knowledge of E-Commerce KPIs and consumption-drivingtools
Quantitative ability and comfort with datadriven decision processes
Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, andfiscal management
Experience with optimizing online marketingtactics
Ability to work effectively and collaborativelyacross lines of business
Knowledgeable about the web and emergingtechnologies
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced,rapidly changing environment
Strong English written and oral communicationskills
Strong organizational skills
Self-starter and team player
Strong communication skills in multinationalcompany
Creative thinker and resourceful problem
