This is Home Networks Japan sales position to take care of Home Networks product sales for SkyPerfect, J : COM, tier 2 MSOs and telco market(KDDI, NTT, Rakuten and Softbank) and the channel partners(KDDI, Synclayer).

This position is required to engage in both end user customer management and channel partner management and also work closely with PLM and other group in Home Network business unit, also sales executives and back-office team to proceed in the business, develop and manage pipeline opportunities and win new business.

English skill set, speaking, writing and reading are required in addition to Japanese language communication with customer and partner.

This position is expected to work with customer / channel partners senior staff, manager up to C-Level. Technical background about CPE, video, broadband, data center and cable TV and telco FTTH network is also appreciated and helpful to quickly understand our sales product portfolio.

You will Make an Impact By

To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing product and the service sales until the delivery to meet the budget and contribute company growth.

  • Manage end user accounts (JCOM, Tier2 MSOs, Tier1 / 2 Telco, Satellite for CPE product) and the partner accounts (KDDI, Synclayer) and associated 3rd party partner within the business and maintain recurring sales revenue and keep increase customer satisfaction
  • Develop new sales opportunities in focus area (4G / 5G FWA for NTT-Docomo, KDDI, Softbank and Rakuten, ONU for Telco) and work with Business Unit, customer, partner to accomplish new business.
  • Plan sales forecast and perform sales activity for the achievement.
  • Work closely with sales engineering team and post sales team to win business and maintain business for long term.

  • Good strong Telco relationships and 10 years Sales / SE experience at Telecommunications / IT industries
  • CPE (STB, Cable Modem, ONU / Gateway, 4G / 5G FWA) product knowledge and sales experience
  • Basic management tools, IT literacy on PC / Tablet / smart phone, Microsoft office
  • Subject matter expert on matters important to our industries, MSO / Telco / MNO.
  • Fluent both in Japanese and English (TOEIC 700)
