Work Contents of the Department
Conduct operational internal audits in Japan and Korea
and opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and facilitate the application of best practices throughout the Group.
Required Qualifications, Experiences & Skills
Age : Up to around 40 years-old, since we wish you to have a long-term career
Education : University or higher level degree
Language : Business level English (writing, reading and speaking) / Business level Japanese (writing, reading and speaking)

Communication Skills - Ability to converse and write reports well in English
Has high level of curiosity and initiative and able to learn fast

Knowledge of finance and / or audit with a professional qualification (CPA / CA / CIA) is preferred. This includes part qualification or studying towards obtaining the qualification.
Strong leadership capabilities - able to lead a team in the future (This role is to succeed the team lead position in 1-1.5 year's time).
Annual Income(Gross) : Around 5,600,000to7,000,000yen (Pay Basis : Monthly) *It will be determined in consideration of age, experience and skills.
Bonus : Bonus-Twice a year / Salary increase-Once a year (April) *It will be determined based on work conditions and, individual and company performance.
Allowance : Commuting expenses (paid according to company regulations) etc.
Holidays : Annual holiday 123 days / 2 days off per week (day off : Saturday, Sunday, Public holidays, Summer / New Year holidays) etc.
Paid leave : 10 days in the first year (Given on the start day) up to 20 days
Working hours : 09 : 00 17 : 45 (Break 60 min. actual work 07 hours 45 min.) After a certain period Discretionary Working System for Management-Related Work (After a certain period)
