To enable it, Procurement is also in the process of it's transformation to be the Strategic Business Partner. This position is a member of Procurement Strategy Team for North Asia Cluster (Japan & Korea) who is expected to have strong Strategic Business Transformation skill, Project Planning and Project Management skill set.
Procurement Experts of Procurement Strategy Team is expected to contribute the business of Air Liquide and its affiliates in North East Asia Cluster (Japan and Korea) through business partnering, development and execution of procurement strategies such as business process optimization and supplier management, end to end cost analysis, procurement process optimization and deployment of innovation.
Management scope is such as but not limited to,
Business Partnering, to be the focal point of Procurement whom internal budget owners to consult on cost optimization. Also, he / she is expected to collaboratively challenge and work together with business to lead business process optimization in order to reduce total cost of ownership.
Develop and execute cost reduction strategies through analysis of AL business strategies, spend trend, category trend and market
Develop and execute supplier management strategies such as supplier qualification, performance management, relationship management, compliance management, contract management
Develop and execute tail spend management strategies
Develop and execute procurement governance framework such as procurement policy, compliance management, contract management, procurement process management, system management
Develop and execute internal requisitioner management such as communication, training
Develop and execute procurement performance management strategies such as KPI management, buyer training
