TheTexas Instruments Human Resources (HR) in Japan is looking for a dynamic HRSpecialist who can execute a full spectrum of HR deliverables that align withour business’s strategic goals.

In this role, the skillsets neededinclude :

  • The skillsets needed will enable theseresponsibilities :

  • Bea strategic partner to businessleaders, support to build and implement long-term plans to meet business needs.Build credible relationship to influence business decisions that impact people.
  • Provide HR perspective and advice on organization design and effectiveness.

  • Bean HR operational expert . Utilizecommon resources and tools to efficiently execute key processes andprograms.Continue to innovate andsimplify.
  • Stay current with appropriate level of subject matter expertise.

  • Bean employee advocate . Ensureemployees are genuinely heard and appropriate action taken. Build trust at alllevel, manage conflicts.
  • Start your career in supporting the delivery and execution from one of the following roles in HR :
  • o Staffing : Recruiting strategy to build a solid talentpipeline for the organization

    o Talent Development : Development / training strategy to continue tobuild the knowledge, skills, and abilities of employees in different levels ofthe organization

    o Compensation &Benefits : Define and administer the compensation andbenefits strategy (salary recommendations, market analysis for competitivecompensation and benefits) to attract and retain talent in the local market.

    Ensure competitiveness while managing the costs and risks of our programs.

    o HR Operations : Ensures the company’s policies, includingpay, time, and medical benefits are delivered consistently.This includes management of supportingsystems, processes and vendors to execute efficiently.

    o Business Partner : Clear understanding of the business needs ofeach organization in order to coach, influence and make recommendations tosenior leaders on all people related matters inclusive of staffing, talentdevelopment, compensation & benefits, operations, and employee relations


    Minimum Requirements & Skills :

    Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferred in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related business field
