Senior Marketing Manager

The Role

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating integrated direct marketing campaigns that align with and support the sales team and our key channel partners.

You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of these programs designed to drive engagement in APAC and pipeline generation through multiple channels.

The right candidate will have a clear understanding of B2B software marketing, with a strong background in customer acquisition strategies and relationship management.

This role will drive both direct and indirect lead generation programs such as events, content syndication, online advertising, webinars, customer case studies, and channel enablement initiatives.

Close alignment with the sales teams in understanding their needs and ensuring marketing programs are aligned to lead and pipeline generation (converting to sales results) is essential.


  • Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans and lead generation program with specific objectives across different channels and segments
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal and external support and driving collaboration
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
  • Responsibilities

  • Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
  • Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support
  • Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
  • Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
  • Tracks all marketing and sales data and creates detailed written scheduled reports and verbal presentations to bring to senior executives
  • Identify and coordinate trade show activities, website development, develop ecommerce strategies
  • Engage with appropriate Corporate HQ resources, such as Marketing, Legal, Sales, Product Management, Product Marketing, Finance, and keep them informed of regional plans, activities and results as appropriate
  • Maintain Webroot brand consistency within the region

  • Skills & Experience

  • Over 10 years previous experience defining channel marketing & partner development strategies and execution plans aligned to B2B products and verticals in the security industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person, by phone and over email with high integrity.
  • Innovate, bring new ideas and provide fresh perspectives on current campaign processes.
  • Ability to identify data-driven opportunities and provide strategies and execution plans to generate, accelerate, and close pipeline.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work assignments with a variety of internal components and requirements.
  • Excellent writing background for content development and strategy, emails and invites, and proof-reading and editing marketing collateral
  • Very detail oriented and deeply organized
