The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training needs analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training programs.

Training coordination will include communicating with appropriate TRMS operations management and the training team to ensure that all trainings are conducted on-

time and with sufficient resources and facilities.

This position will also include delivering instructor-led training classes for new hires, new skills (cross-training), feature launches, and refreshers as necessary.

The person hired for this role must be able to manage the learning environment and report on testing results.

In addition, the Trainer will support the development of training materials. This will also include using surveys, quizzes, quality metrics and other available tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training and assess investigator learning and skill development.

In addition, the Trainer will work on special projects and other training needs and development.

Position Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Instructor led and virtual training
  • Collaborate with TRMS teams and subject matter experts across the network
  • Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing documentation to identify the most appropriate training approach and content to meet the demands of the learning objectives and audience
  • Work with instructional designers to build training materials that best suit the content
  • Create engaging and valid trainee evaluation exercises that prove successful knowledge transfer
  • Contribute to additional training projects as required
  • Should be a Level 4 employee
  • Minimum 1 year experience in TRMS Investigations
  • Excellent Communication skills (JP) - Oral and written
  • Expertise developing, planning, implementing and assessing training
  • Demonstrated experience developing training materials, job aids and online tutorials
  • Excellent communication skills for the purpose of knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Excellent one-to-many and one-to-one communication skills in both classroom and tutorial settings
  • Excellent coordination and organization skills
  • Ability to use multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with subject matter
  • Knowledge of adult learning and training practices
  • Competent user level of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in a training role
  • Exposure to conducting or leading Training sessions for new hires in an STA or Mentor role would be an added advantage
  • 1 year minimum working in the JP queues for either Seller or Buyer functions
  • Excellent Communication skills (JP) - Oral and written
  • Good Communication skills (English) - Oral and written
  • Meet all performance metrics for 3 consecutive months
  • Ability to Travel
